• Age Constraints: The primary account holder must be a consenting adult. Children may only use the platform through profiles set up by their parent or guardian.
• Acceptable Use: Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the integrity of our adaptive learning platform.

3. Intellectual Property

All content within the App and Website, including text, logos, graphics, interfaces, audio clips, question banks, curriculum pathways, adaptive AI curriculum algorithms, AI-assisted concept maps, learning taxonomies, and visual designs, is the exclusive property of DunoSteps or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. AI-Assisted Educational Content

DunoSteps uses AI-assisted systems to help design curriculum structures, recommend learning paths, and generate or refine educational content. These systems operate as part of our proprietary platform and may be combined with educator review, editorial checks, and product-level quality controls. You may not copy, extract, reproduce, reverse engineer, or repurpose these curriculum structures or AI-assisted outputs except as expressly permitted by law.

5. User Generated Content

Any feedback, suggestions, comments, or data aggregated securely from the use of our services (e.g., performance patterns) may be used to improve the service without obligation or compensation to the user.

6. Content Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure our AI-assisted curriculum and educational content are aligned with educational standards (such as NCERT and Olympiads), DunoSteps does not guarantee complete accuracy or freedom from errors. Content is provided "as is" for supplementary educational purposes.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

In-app features may require payment via supported channels. Subscription terms, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our specific refund policies discussed on your portal.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will DunoSteps be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
