If you want us to delete your DunoSteps account and associated personal data, you can request deletion using the contact details below.

1. How to Request Deletion

• Email us at [email protected] from your registered parent account email.
• Use subject line: Delete My DunoSteps Account.
• Include your registered email and student profile names so we can locate the account.

2. What We Delete

• Parent account identifiers (such as registered email and linked profile identifiers)
• Student profiles and learning progress data (scores, XP, levels, and related history)
• Associated app usage records tied to the account

3. Retention and Processing Time

• We acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days.
• Deletion is completed within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.
• Limited security or legal compliance logs may be retained only when legally required.
